Payment due in full 60 days prior to stay
Deposits
5 nights minimum stay required unless otherwise arranged or stated.
Your credit card will be run for 50% of your total for your reservation. Reservation is not confirmed until your credit card is processed. We accept both Mastercard and Visa.
The balance will be due 60 days prior to your stay.
Your credit card will be charged for any damage that is incurred during your stay. No formal damage deposit is charged at the time of booking.

Cancellations
Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival date will incur a fee of one nights stay. Cancellations made less than 60 days will forfeit entire payment unless dates are re-sold.
No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departure, unless previously arranged.
Check-In/Out Time
Check-in time is after 4:00pm on arrival day unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check out before 11:00 unless prior arrangement. Late check outs will be charged an additional fee of $200, as we are on a tight time schedule with maid services to get the properties ready for our next guest.
